In 2014 Maquila opened its doors loaded with passion and a clear idea: combining good raw materials with diferents styles of beers and wines we to achieve new tasty and “cheeky” proposals.

A central counter splits our space offering several options to the senses. The open kitchen and our seven beer taps rule the most rebillius area, and in the “cellar” you´ll find a place where you can enjoy our menu in a more relaxing way.

David Fernandez and Daniel Torres, are the executive chefs leading this project. We have more tan 20 years of profesional background reflecting a passion to everything we do, giving soul Maquila´s kitchen.
Working side by side with us is Elena García, the floor manager. Originally from Madrid and raised in a familiy with a long hospitality tradition she joined us and has been an essential piece to tying this project together.
With a great team supporting us our goal is giving the customers what Maquila is: an extraordinary experience.
We offer you a menu where the seasonal products are the protagonists. Using good stocks sautés we cook delicious and savoury dishes that complement a large range of craft beers and wines.
Our philosophy make us working day by day with small producers in order to achieve a kitchen where local products are the base of everything.
